- This workshop seeks to facilitate the private sector entities in Bangladesh that are interested in either channelling and managing GCF funds towards climate-relevant projects and programmes as GCF accredited national implementing entities (NIEs), or in developing and implementing projects as executing entities (EEs) to self-assess their activities.
- The workshop will also raise awareness on the accreditation requirements for the GCF and proposal development processes to help the private sector assess their capacities.
The event is part of a series of workshops being organised under the project “Building Readiness of the Private Sector in Bangladesh for Green Climate Fund (GCF) Accreditation.” This workshop aims to support the institutional assessment phase of the project.
