When talking about universal access to electricity (e.g. as part of the Vision 2021), let’s start by trying to answer some of the most fundamental questions:
1) What does universal electrification mean?
2) How do we get there?
3) And if we can‘t answer Q1, how do we actually know that we got there?
This talk tries to shed some light on those as well as it’ll introduce a disruptive innovation that may change the thinking of how to deliver electricity services entirely.
