The next instalment of the ICCCAD Seminar Series will be taking place on Thursday, November at 3 pm. T. Adil Chowdhury will be speaking on a seminar titled ‘Going Beyond Compliance for Sustainable Marketing’
About the seminar
The seminar will provide a brief overview of EHS+ Network, a project of the Institute for Sustainable Communities. The EHS+ Network is a group of training centers across Asia that equip manufacturing professionals with the technical and management skills to drive EHS improvements in their factories. The presentation will give an overview of the core mission and approach of the EHS+ Network, touch on the successes of the EHS+ Network to date, and provide a general introduction to some of the course offerings slated to be delivered at the EHS+ Center at North South University beginning this coming December.
About the speaker
T. Adil Chowdhury is the Bangladesh Country Director at the Institute for Sustainable Communities. He oversees the development of ISC’s EHS+ Center and other activities in Bangladesh. Adil brings over 12 years of experience in consulting and research in environmental engineering and sustainability. Adil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an Executive Master’s degree in Natural Resources from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Michigan.
